Non-Medicinal Ingredient
Citric acid*
*Magnesium carbonate and citric acid combined with water create ionic magnesium citrate.
Dosage
Oral. Adults 19 years and over, take 2 tsp (4g) daily. Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using warm water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of the glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice. Dosage can be taken at once or split throughout the day. Consult with your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding prior to use.
