Medicinal Ingredients:
Vitamin C Derived from a blend of four mineral ascorbates: magnesium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, sodium ascorbate and potassium ascorbate.    500mg
Citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus sinensis) fruit    150mg
Sea buckthorn extract (Hippophae rhamnoides) fruit, 4:1    125mg
Rutin (quercetin-3-rutinoside)     25mg
Zinc (zinc citrate)    625mcg
 
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule. No binders. No fillers.

Directions:
Adults - Take two (2) capsules per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
