Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum, leaf) 250 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Certified Organic alcohol Distilled water
Suggested Use
Dosage: Adults and adolescents = 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist.
