Globe artichoke (leaf, Cynara cardunculus) 4:1 extract equivalent to 428mg of dry leaf    107mg
Bromelain (stem, Ananas comosus var. comosus)    50mg (750,000 FCC papain units)
European Angelica (root and rhizome, Angelica archangelica) 4:1 extract equivalent to 200mg of dry root and rhizome    50mg
Turmeric (rhizome, Curcuma longa) standardized to 95% curcuminoids    31mg
Peppermint (leaf, Mentha x Piperita) 10:1 extract equivalent to 200mg of dry leaf    20mg
 
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.

Directions:
Adults (18 years and older) - Take 3 capsules, 2 times per day. Take with meals. Ask a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
