Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, K2VITAL® )***    120mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Citric acid, silica. 

Directions:
Adults (19 years and older) - Mix 1 scoop in water once per day. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least of 5 months to see beneficial effects.
