Medicinal Ingredients:
Beta carotene      3,000 mcg
Vitamin C (Calcium ascorbate)  250 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol)       134 mg AT
Selenium (Selenomethionine)      50 mcg
Zinc (Zinc citrate)   7.5 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredient: 
Calcium ascorbate, gelatin, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) seed oil, glycerin, purified water, beeswax, lecithin (from soy), carob powder, dicalcium phosphate.

Directions: 
Adults: take one soft gel daily with food. Wait a few hours before/after taking other natural health products or medications.
