Suggested Use:

Use for sautéing, frying, roasting and baking similar to other cooking fats. Use to enhance the flavour of savory dishes, especially when frying potatoes or other vegetables. 

Tallow has a high smoke point, making it suitable for high-heat cooking methods. 

Store in a cool, dark place as it solidifies at room temperature.
